What data is collected
Only the data you send through the contact form: your name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message. No other personal data is collected through this website.
Why it is used
Your data is used only to answer your message and, if you wish, to follow up on your question. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law, for example for financial records.
Cookies, fonts and tracking
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising pixels, and loads its fonts from its own server. The EMApp video is played from this website itself; no video platform is involved. The Crisis Resilience Scan runs on a separate website, resiliencescans.org, with its own privacy statement.
Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. The hosting provider, mijn.host in the Netherlands, stores the website and e-mail on behalf of RED Management & Consultancy as a processor.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to office@redmc.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only RED Management & Consultancy has access to the messages.
