Caribbean Coast 3 (CC3)

EU-funded civil protection project led by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security, with Prepared International, the Bundeswehr University Munich, the Italian Red Cross and Iceland's civil protection authority. Trainings and workshops on civil-military operations, host nation support and volcanic eruptions lead to a full-scale exercise in the Caribbean with several countries, NGOs, CDEMA, the Netherlands and the EU. Responsible for planning, reporting, finances and coordination of the consortium.

Set up crisis management consultancy across Aon's EMEA offices. Target groups: governments, corporates, healthcare, education and critical infrastructure.

Governorate crisis structure, Iraqi Kurdistan

Developed and implemented an administrative crisis structure and coached departmental teams. Conducted selection interviews for administrative leadership, guided and strengthened cooperation between local governments and the Governor's Office, and identified potential investments and synergies.

European Modular Field Hospital (EUMFH)

Strategy and vision for building and maintaining a WHO Emergency Medical Team type 3 field hospital in a European context, with eight EU countries, one university and the European Commission. Reported to the management team, stakeholders and the Commission, and presented at the European Civil Protection Forum, the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Week and to the EU Commissioner.
